Official Terms and Conditions – Green Aero Tech 2025 Spray Drone Trailer Giveaway
1. Eligibility: This giveaway is open to residents of Canada who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, excluding residents of Quebec and employees, contractors, or agents of Green Aero Technology Inc. (“Green Aero Tech”), its dealers, and affiliated service providers. 2. Entry Period: Entries will be accepted from January 1, 2025, until 11:59 PM CST on December 31, 2025. The draw will take place on January 2, 2026. 3. How to Enter: No Purchase Necessary Method (Free Entry): ● Attend a Green Aero Tech Spray Drone Demonstration Event in Canada during 2025. ● Complete the official entry form provided at the event. ● Limit of one (1) free entry per eligible individual via this method. Purchase Method (Bonus Entries): ● Purchase a DJI Agras T50 drone (plus any desired accessories) from an authorized Green Aero Tech dealer in 2025. ● Receive one (1) bonus entry for every $50 CAD (before tax) spent on qualifying equipment (spray drone training, DJI drones, accessories, and parts) with the purchase of the DJI Agras T50 drone. ● Complete the official entry form, which will be made available by your dealer. Each entry submitted through either method will have equal odds of winning. 4. Prize: ● One (1) Top Notch DTX Spray Drone Trailer. ● The prize is non-transferable, not redeemable for cash, and must be claimed within 14 days of notification. ● The winner is responsible for arranging insurance, pickup of the Trailer from Green Aero Tech and compatibility with its own towing equipment. Delivery is not provided and must be arranged by winner. ● Green Aero Tech will ensure that the Trailer has been mechanically inspected by a third party prior to delivery and offers no warranty, support, or assumes any liability related to the storage, operation or suitability of the Trailer following winner’s acceptance. 5. Winner Selection: ● The winner will be selected by random draw on January 2, 2026, at Green Aero Tech’s head office.
● The selected entrant must respond to the prize notification email or telephone call within five (5) business days of transmission and correctly answer a skill-testing mathematical question to be declared the winner. Failure to correctly answer this question will result in a re-draw. ● Winner will be contacted directly and publicly announced via Green Aero Tech’s website and social media. As part of the entry process, the winner agrees to allow Green Aero Tech to use their name and likeness in any result announcement and related promotional messaging. ● Winner must arrange and take possession of the Trailer by February 28, 2026 or they will be deemed to have forfeited their prize. 6.
